Why we love them: All products are organic, seasonal, and 100% vegetarian. There are even a few natural wines and beers from La Brasserie Fondamentale to accompany your meal. The coffee is ethically sourced whole bean, and the herbal teas are French. Going even further, the establishment composts and uses no plastic—even takeaway containers are compostable!
