It’s a small cooperative, self-managed, collaborative supermarket. That means each co-op member participates to keep the co-op running: decisions are made together and everyone volunteers their time at the store, which allows for lower margins and gentler prices while ensuring fair compensation for producers.

Why we love them: Products are 90% organic, sourced from certified suppliers (AB, Bio Europe, Bio Cohérence, Demeter, Nature & Progrès) and local whenever possible. They also prioritize sustainable fishing, working directly with fishers using non-destructive methods for the marine environment.
