Why we love them: Their beers are brewed directly on-site and sold only on tap—the dream! Some recipes are regulars (Ménilmuche, Girouette), others come and go depending on the mood. For pizzas, the flour comes from Oise and the mushrooms come directly from Paris.

Their recommendation: La Ménilmuche, the house blonde! Or to start, a session IPA light in alcohol or homemade kombucha (alcohol-free).
