La Buvette de L’Académie du Climat is a welcoming, community-driven space where you can grab a drink, enjoy a meal, or settle in for brunch. Everything here is organic or sustainably sourced, seasonal, and hyper-local.

La Buvette also hosts a free program of festive and activist events—concerts, debates, workshops, film screenings, and more. As a hub for inspiration and environmental education, L’Académie du Climat was created to foster dialogue and connection around planetary stewardship. Why we love them: La Buvette’s menu features exclusively local, seasonal ingredients from sustainable agriculture and short supply chains. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, all dishes are vegetarian and prepared by Les Marmites Volantes.
